Where's the best place to go mountain biking in Grand Junction?

I have friends in Grand Junction who are avid mountain bikers; they like to take the Tabeguache trails - also known as the lunch loops. These trails are all within a short drive from Grand Junction and Fruita, and they range from beginning level bike rides to expert. Here's a website if you'd like more information.
