Where's the best skiing close to Grand Junction?

The closest ski area is actually Powderhorn. It's located on the Grand Mesa in Mesa, CO, about 50 minutes from Grand Junction. It's a small resort though so some prefer to travel to Aspen or Vail, though they are slightly over 2 hours away.
