"Friendly Neighborhood"
Grant Avenue lays on the borderline of Brooklyn and Queens, often referred to Cityline as you near Liberty Avenue. Over the past 28 years I have seen the block change dramatically. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and always willing to lend a hand whether it's to help with shoveling snow, to fixing cars, or even sharing meals. the families on grant Avenue take great care of their homes as it is easily noticeable as you walk from the train station on Grant and Pitkin to Fulton Street and further down to Jamaica Avenue.
There is a a good variety of stores on Liberty Ave. and St. Sylvester Catholic Elementary School and Church on McKinley Ave.
You can catch the Q7 or Q8 on Glenmore Ave. and the Q24 on Atlantic Ave.
Definitely a safe neighborhood as you will always find families and friends hanging out in their yards or porches when the weather is great.

Grant Ave
"On Grant Avenue"
Milton Street houses many places of worship and small service oriented businesses. I think this area is a great place for families and people looking for a life a little more calm that in midtown or even in other boroughs. Though this street may not house many exciting businesses, but it does have a lot a nice neighborhood feel. All in all, a wonderful street in this quaint Brooklyn neighborhood.
Transit: You can find the A train metro station at Greant Avenue.
