"grant street nothing special"
you walk onto grant street in downtown pittsburgh you would think you would see tons of things standing out. i mean we've grown up hearing so much about the heinz corp, and U.S. steel making grant street sound like a great place in pittsburgh to visit. but there is nothing to make ether or these places stand out like they should. grant street is a very loud and busy street so i would'nt call it boring per say but it's nothing special that i would go out of my way to see. i live about 30 minutes from pittsburgh so i'm downtown alot and this is the reason i have visited this street. but if i were someone comming from far out just to take a look at what we have heard so much greatness about i would be highly upset!

"No Giant Bottle Of Ketchup"
OK. I have to admit that I love ketchup and that is what made me visit this street in Pittsburgh. I wanted to see the headquarters for H. J. Heinz Co. That being said, I was sorely disappointed not to find a giant bottle of ketchup or some sort of icon. Located in downtown Pittsburgh, Grant Street is just a typical downtown street lined with steel buildings and concrete roads/sidewalks. While its not ugly or rundown so to speak, its also nothing special. I took a picture of the building and also the US Steel Tower for good measure, but left feeling a bit let down.
