Harding Ave, Surfside

This street is great if you want to just walk out the door and hop into the ocean. Its only 1 block away from the beach but that distance is a major perk. Collins ave, its neighbor is an extremely busy street that you do not want to live on. Harding is right next door and much quieter with plenty of condos to pick from. The N Miami Beach neighborhood is great for families with its great parks and the Beach! Theres also a convention center that always has fun events going on.
