Hardy Ave, College West

This street is frat central. Frat row and a few frat houses are on this street. There are always people going in and out of houses and apartments, with music and loud noises almost constantly in the evenings and night time. During the weekday daytime, it's a normal street that's on the edge of a university. There are lots of people on it all the time, and the cops like to roam it at every possible second to catch people doing things that are "wrong." Even if you're just walking around on the weekends on this street, most likely the cops will stop you or stare at you long enough that you think they're going to stop you.

There are many drunk, annoying people around, especially freshmen girls. They are new to campus and don't know where else to go, except frat row because they heard it was fun and there are a lot of different frats there. So if that's your scene, it's a fun place to live. It is always loud though, and many people I know say that it is hard to live there because of the noise. There are definitely girls dressed up very skimpy all the time, and fall all over any guy they see, so it is hard to live there if you're in a relationship.
