Hathaway Ave, Hayward Acres

The houses on this street are on the end of the lower middle class market. They are small and a probably great starter houses for young couples and couples looking to start a family. The neighborhood feels safe enough and looks decent but it is lacking a lot of things like nicely landscaped yards and lights. All of cross streets are just four-way stops and being so close to the Nimitz Freeway can prove fatal at times, because people from the highway are more reckless than neighborhood drivers. I would say in the future that this could also be one of those streets that will increase with value because there is still some space that needs to be developed.
