Hayes Valley, San Francisco - good public transportation options?

Like in most of San Francisco, Hayes Valley has great public transportation options. You can take lightrail right on Market (and on Church) and if you are going to the East Bay or somewhere else, you can also take BART, which is also on Market. So they got you covered in terms of public transport.
