It used to be a wonderful place to live not so much anymore.
Pros
- Low Tax rate
Cons
- All the beautiful countryside that is left is being developed (Apartments etc.)
- City workers are doing multiple jobs with the lowest pay in the area and it shows. Water bills are double the cost of any nearby towns.
