"Think twice"

It used to be a wonderful place to live not so much anymore.

Low Tax rate

Cons

All the beautiful countryside that is left is being developed (Apartments etc.)
City workers are doing multiple jobs with the lowest pay in the area and it shows. Water bills are double the cost of any nearby towns.
