"Good place to live, as long as you aren't on the main drag"
People in the back of the neighborhood tend to forget that there are people (and kids) who play in the front part of the street. People go flying down the street all the time - which is really one of the only detractions from this fantastic neighborhood. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Great area - good bang for your buck.
