"Insanely steep road with absolutely no parking"

Uinta Road is a tiny mountainside road in Manitou Springs which is so steep it is practically vertical. There is no parking and barely room for two cars to pass. Extremely treacherous in winter weather conditions, the residents still seem to manage it (and do have incredible mountain views behind their homes).
