"Good place to walk."

High Street is a nice little walk and boarders on several parks, one of them being Cheesman which can get a little sketchy at night, but nothing too awful. It's also known for it's high concentration of homosexuals. Middle of downtown and near the Capitol Building, so they always make sure it looks presentable.
