Located in the City Heights section of San Diego, Highland Ave is a relatively busy street. Definitely convenient for those that work downtown or points north. If you want to be surrounded by different ethnic groups, this is the place for you. Also, great shoppiing for ethnic foods and convenient to get to without a car.
