What are the major problems in Hyde Park community?

Honestly, you don't have a ton of problems in Hyde Park. The one thing that does come to mind is that there's a bit more crime than some areas, but that's mostly due to the University. I think if you avoid that particular area you'll be okay, and even in that area it's not the worst thing in the world. I think anytime you have that many young people in a single place you run into a bit more crime, but much (not all) of it is more based on youthful indiscretions than really bad crimes.
