"Inver Grove trail a great place to live."
I have lived just off Inver Grove Trail for 28 years now. The City of Inver Grove Heights has grown to almost 35,000 now but the trail still has that same county feel to it. A few minutes driving South or North will get you to everything you need. When driving down the trail it feels like you are going thru a wooded area in the county. There are a number of developments that feed into the trail. You don't really see them but they are there. Many homes have lot sizes of 2 to 3 acres. Lots of room to move around in.
Inver Grove Trail has bee around for a long time. In the middle of trail there is a house called the Reuben Freeman house. It is a very unique, built in 1887. Made out of stone and its roof has eight gables, Drive by and take look. Further south on the east side of the road you will go by the Katharine Ordway Natural History Study area. Macalester College manages it, Call 651-696-6187 with questions. Then almost at the south end of the trail is Pine Bend Elementary school.
There are a few houses priced in the $200,000 range but most of the houses will range between $300,000 to $700,000. Want to know more just contact me.
