"A safe neighborhood full of fun families"
We are original owners on Johnson Lane, which was built in 1994. Most everyone in the development are also original owners; few have moved away opting to use their larger than average lot size to add on when they needed more space. Located within walking distance to Anthony Elementary and Santiago High schools, Citrus Park, and various shopping options you will find the location one of the most convenient in town. The neighborhood schools are California Distinguished Schools and Santiago High is one of the top 50 high schools in the nation. It is a diverse neighborhood with residents of young families to retirees. Neighbors are police officers, firemen, contractors, teachers, Realtors, truck drivers, healthcare professionals, mechanics, as well as many other professions. It's the kind of place where neighbors help each other and enjoy each other. It is not uncommon to find several families gathered around a firepit in front of one of the homes.
