"Charming, historic street with Spanish Colonial homes"

I've stayed with a friend on Kalmia St and absolutely adored it. The hilly street has great views and the Spanish Colonial homes are charming. The close knit community holds the Old House Fair every June and there is tons of food, live music, family arts and street vendors. This historic part of town has quaint shops, restaurants and you see a lot of residents riding bikes around town.
