"Kinnikinnick Road borders the Boulder Mountain Parks land"
This is the road that lines the western edge of the Chautauqua neighborhood, the other side of the fence is a walking trail and Boulder Mountain Parks. Any home or rental on this street is a prime view from the backyard straight to the mountains. These border homes are also the most likely homes to see wildlife or even get a bear to nose through your trash.
