Koonce Rd, Santee

Another great suburb to live in is Santee. Koonce Road is a great example of a typical Santee neighborhood filled with reasonably priced starter homes. The city itself is great. it is self contained and young families need not travel far for great shopping, good schools and exciting recreational activities. However if you need to travel the I-5 to San Diego you are in for an unpleasant commute. This would be a great place to live for work at home workers.
