"Quite place to enjoy"
Deep in between the two Giants of Microsoft and Google, lies a community that many people do not know exsists! The community known as Santiago Villa. This community use to be a senior only mobile home park, but is now an all age mobile home park. The community enjoys little get togethers once and a while. Where they will play Bingo on Friday Nights and enjoy a birthday celebration once a month. As well there are the events that selebrate holidays as well. The community has a pool that one can access through the months of April through October. The only problem that this nice and quite park has is that of people that speed faster then the park speed limit of 15 miles per hour, and the over population of squirrels in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the space rent is another problem that the neighborhood is facing, with no rent control in the city, the rent can be high in some spaces. In all this is a nice community to live in, with no major traffic problems.
