"Suburban-like street off of Sloat"

Lagunitas Dr. connects Sloat Blvd. with Ocean Ave. I personally think it is kind of a shortcut because 19th Ave is always busy. It is a residential street and usually not busy. It is a pretty peaceful street. The houses here are very nice too. It is close to many stores and restaurants on Ocean Ave. There is access to many muni lines as well. It is close to the 23, K, M, and 28 lines. This street is overall a pretty good looking street and very clean. It has kind of a suburban vibe. It is a very safe street as well. It would be a very nice place to live at.
