"Condo's with convenient lake front location"
Lake place is a hidden jewel. Local shopping is a walk or a half mile back street drive away. Convenient to anywhere else by the Veterans expressway just three miles away, and the great Tampa International Airport just five more miles down the expressway.
Fourteen of the units are on the north side of a beautiful 18 acre spring fed crystal clear lake. That southern exposure to the lake just can't be beat. They are building million dollar homes on the other side of the lake. Those owners will look across and wish their homes were in our location.
