Leeds St, Goodyear Heights

On the third block closer to Tyro there are lots of dogs. Most of them are quite,but there are a few yapping ones that their owners let bark alot.They do clean up after dogs.
Alot of older Ellet alumni back here so they are proud of their neighborhood&keep house kept up..
A few rental homes so different neighbors in the 2 yrs we bought our house. Even with different neighbors every so often so far they have been nice. The home owner keeps his 2 rental homes clean&nice.
Also the older neighbors help each other. My husband&Ihave made a great friend with our neighbor on our left, He does alot for others.
Over all a very safe,nice&clean place to live. Glad we moved across the bridge from Hatton to Betty jane area.
Also very close to shopping behind us to Eastwood is Brimfield(Marshall;s,Kohls&Walmart,etc )&Chapel Hill area is close along with other places like IGA,Acme&the plaza up there across from K-Mart.
All Houses all along Leeds are nice looking. I just don't know my neighbors in the first 2 blocks. Need to make a n attempt to get to know some of them.^j^
