Lexington Rd, Kensington Circle (The Circle)

The fact that more than half the residents have lived here for over 20 years (many for more than 30 years) speaks volumes about the magic of Lexington Road. The residents are warm, well educated, and quite friendly. This neighborhood is one in transition as many of the street's more seasoned residents move on, entrusting their castles to the next generation. About one-third of the residents have moved in within the past five years, and the next generation is proving to be just as special.

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac off Berkeley Park Boulevard, access to multiple modes of public transportation and the freeways are quick and easy from this hidden perch. Cellular phone reception is reliable, and the street is already wired for cable, cable-based high speed internet service, and electric service upgrades. The street, like the air, is nice and clean. Everyone takes excellent care of their homes. No peeling paint, junk cars in the driveways, or garrish displays of poor taste to be found here.

It's a lovely street in a wonderful neighborhood with some of the warmest people this area has to offer. We love it!
