Little Village, Chicago - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

Little Village isn't too terribly expensive, and you can find some homes for as little as $60-$70 thousand, and in the middle you'll be closer to $100 thousand. A handful of places run for around $200 thousand, but those are fewer. It's not a bad area overall and you get a decent amount for the money.

The average listing price for a home in Little Village is $84K. At the high end prices are around $165K and at the low end expect to pay around $60K.
