Open mic is Friday nights at 6:00 pm. It's very popular so it fills up quickly.

The Craftsman Bar and Kitchen in Santa Monica now offers open mic night every Tuesday for singers and musicians. The night is hosted by the band The Old Fashioned. www.craftsmanbar.com 310-395-6037

Saddle Ranch on Sunset in West Hollywood has a popular Karaoke night on Tuesday nights. Sometimes famous artists show up and sing. Not sure if you are looking for comedy or singing, but here is a facebook page dedicated to open mics in LA www.facebook.com/LosAngelesOpenMics
