Visit Jessica LaSalle at True Colors Day Spa. I LOVE her and the prices are reasonable. She often offers specials/discounts.

There are a few. There's True Colours off of West Eisenhower, TEN Aveda Salon and Spa off of Sky Pond Drive, and The Spa at Scruples which is off of East 42nd Street. Other than locations I can't tell you much more about them because I haven't been to any this far north.
