Best neighborhood for a small condo or townhouse in Loveland?

REALLY depends on what your price point is. Each of the neighborhoods here in Loveland have their own things to offer. There are some closer to I-25, which would make commuting easier and closer to shopping, then there are some in smaller/homier neighborhoods. Some have pools, dog parks, etc..... Anything specific you are look for?
