Lowell Ln, Midtown

This street is a cul de sac in a neighborhood that has been stable and popular for many years. Lots of people walk/jog in the area. Our neighbors are awesome. Nearly everything you need is close by and your are only ten-fifteen minutes from a newly thriving downtown. There are several hospitals nearby in particular the nationally known UAMS which is growing year after year with new buildings and nationally known Arkansas Children's Hospital. UALR is nearby which is also growing. The downtown Rivermarket district has grown into a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars with an exceptional nightlife. We also now have the Clinton Library located near there and across the river in North Little Rock, there is Alltel arena and our new ball park. We have amazing firework displays on holidays and an annual huge Riverfest Event each year along the river on both sides. Little Rock is a great place to live and has a very diverse economy which helps it remain pretty stable economically.
