Ludlow Ave
"Little and lovely Ludlow"
My Aund lives and has lived on Ludlow Avenue in St. Paul my whole life and then some. It is an absolutely amazing little pocket of St. Paul. The houses are all Victorian and beautiful. The people of this neighborhood really take pride in their houses, gardens, and streets.
The elementary school is only 2 blocks away and the children walk with no problems. The location to the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus is just a few minutes, and a short walk. It is actually closer to downtown Minneapolis than St. Paul but has the small town characteristics of big city living.
The only real down fall for Ludlow is the railroad tracks which are just noisy a few times per day and the lack of expansion, which really isn't too much of a down fall!
