"Truly a magical and cool place"
It is among the beautiful neighborhoods in Las Vegas. I would call it as a perfect place for a family. The street is quite without any disturbance caused due to traffic and commercial undertakings. Magic flower avenue is actually sandwiched between many other small and big streets. Its open way is quite far from the main streets and this proves to be advantageous to residents here who enjoy a village like calm and hassle free life. Other than small shops located here, you can go on to the neighborhood areas in search for other options.

This is one of the first neighborhoods of Summerlin. Tree lined streets and parks within walking distance (less than half mile) make this a great neighborhood for anyone looking for a relaxing place to live. Close to shopping, a variety of restaurants, and local casinos. Easy access to the freeways without the noise of traffic. Friendly neighbors and the sense of pride of ownership can be seen throughout the neighborhood.
