"Pretty nice for a JC residential street"
I used to live here when I was much younger. It wasn't a perfect street, but is in one of the few non-exclusive residential areas where you can grow up as a child and have the joys of being able to easily meet up with other kids in your neighborhood and play in the streets, or sometimes, in a backyard and be able to visit the local deli/candy store as you walk to school every day.
