If you like older neighborhoods with a mix of housing styles, this might be the place for you. Formerly a neighborhood of owner occupied houses, now has given way to more rentals than oo's.
Traffic is heavy and generally loud. This is balanced by the close walking proximity to an eclectic downtown area, parks, bike trails and generally safe area for children.
