Martha Ave. is located in the Sunnyside district. It is a very small street on a hill. It is a residential street. It is not very busy at all and is pretty quiet most of the time. It is in a very safe neighborhood and is very peaceful. This street is very close to Glen Park. This park is very big and has a canyon in the back. There are baseball fields, tennis courts, a playground and a basketball gym. There are businesses and stores not too far away on Diamond. There is access to a few bus lines like the 44 and 52.
