Maryland Pkwy
"Nice little sub-division, close to S Maryland Pkwy"
Sand Castle Avenue is a small street leading through a nice little sub-division in southern Las Vegas. Located very close to S Maryland Pkwy, it allows for easy access to the rest of what Las Vegas has to offer. Houses in this neighbourhood are reletavely new (2006), and well maintained, with a large open grass park located on nearby Gingerbread Man Avenue. The main negative is the proximity of the overhead high-tension power lines.

"Cute little subdivision, under the power lines"
Located directly under the high-tension power lines, Gingerbread Man Avenue is the location of a small sub-division of prefab houses in southern Las Vegas. The main plus is a open grass park located within the U-shape of Gingerbread Man Avenue. Perfect for kids to play out in the sun!

"More a lane than a street"
Red Cherry Street is the entry into a quiet little neighbourhood in southern Las Vegas (technically Henderson). If you are trying to find Ladybug Bend, Tiger Paw Pl, Sand Castle Ave, Little Boy Blue Ave, or Gingerbread Man Ave, then Red Cherry is the direct route off of South Maryland Parkway. Red Cherry lasts for about 20 yards, then turns into Tiger Paw Pl.
