"Good price/area, but can be a bit noisy"
I lived here in an apartment/unit for around a year. The area was lovely actually - it had some greenery (trees) where most of the nearby areas did not. The neighbors were friendly in passing, but mostly kept to themselves.
The price of the area was great. We were able to afford to live here on one income .. and a small military one at that. The only real downside would be the lack of parks in the nearby area and the noise level, due to the nearby airfield.
Otherwise, a nice place to live for singles or couples and super convenient for military personnel wanting to live off-base (within walking distance of McChord AFB).
