"Very quiet street to raise a family"
I've been living on this street for 6 years and have not had any bad experiences on it. This street is located in the "Indian Creek" neighborhood and is close to a lot of retail places in the area.
At all times of the day, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The street is very clean because the neighbors here tries really hard to keep their front lawn and the street beautiful. All of the neighbors tipped in and raised money to have a "beautification" project at the entry way into this neighborhood.
All the people living on this street are very nice and polite people. The street is very safe and the only problems we've ever had is the kids from neighboring apartment complexes. The people living on this street are mostly busy so rarely do we have time to do neighborhood party/get together type of thing. But once a year, we do have a block party that we throw for the kids.
The cell phone reception is great here with Tmobile service. I don't know much about other providers but I'm sure it's all pretty good because there's a cell phone tower not too far from the neighborhood. As far as internet and cable TV, this area is service mostly be Verizon and Time Warner.
The value of this street is rising very year as property taxes are rising very year. Most of the houses on this street were valued at around $160 about 6 years ago when it was first built but now most of the houses are reaching $200,000. There's also an expansion of the Castle Hill neighborhood (houses in the millions) behind this street so the property value will only increase.
Overall, this street is very peaceful to live on and it's an ideal place to raise a family.
