"Be wary"

Most of the neighborhood has been cleaned up torn down and rebuilt around 2013 or 2014 behind Some Apartment complexs glimpses of the old neighborhood can be seen because everyone kicked out moved there after the gentrification happened drugs dealers run rampant WOULD NOT WALK AROUND HERE AT NIGHT
