Grocery stores in Merced Manor, San Francisco - any recommendations?

As far as grocery stores near Merced Manor, I would recommend the Trader Joe's down by SFSU. It is both the closest and the best thing around.

The cheapest nearby store is the Lucky at the western end of Lakeshore. (There is also an occasional farmer's market around here as well--though I have never been.)
