What other San Francisco neighborhoods are similar to Mission District?

There is no other neighborhood in SF that comes close to the Mission. It is a hardcore Latin Barrio becoming a gentrified Silicone Valley bedroom community with all the thrills and chills and excitement that comes with that. (Summer should be really wild with the local kids out of school and the friends and relatives of the techies coming to visit!
