Nice place. I live here (there) and say that it's for people who are living, not just trying to make a statement. People here are not pretentious. All ages, races, and socio-economic groups mix easily.

In my months here I have seen only one wacky-spelled teen name. A big change from Orange County.

Hot in the day, cool in the night. Great house values. Great schools. Great parks.

Only downside (aside from most jobs being 30+ miles away): the annual car show had 30 trophies for different car types--all American except one trophy: "Best Foreign" :-))
