"A QUIET STREET IN A GREAT ADULT COMMUNITY"
Very quiet neighborhood located in the gated area of Sun City Center called Kings Point. Something for everyone to enjoy in this beautiful adult community. New Orchard Court is walking distance, or a quick golf cart ride away, from our South Club House Recreation Center, which is just one of two Club Houses in Kings Point. You name it, we have it available right here in Sun City Center: Fitness Centers, Swimming Pools, Golf Courses, Game Rooms, Theater, etc. etc. etc. You can be as busy as you want or as lazy as you want in our community. Nature abounds here, with beautiful flowering plants, trees, birds, lakes, etc.
