Norterra Pkwy
"Up and coming family neighborhood"
Norterra Parkway has gown significantly in the last few years, both residentially and commerically. It is clusters of neighborhood that expand out into the desert, but are close to the I-17 to make for easy commute..There has also been new overpasses built recently making to easier to access the I-17. There is two large shopping centers at the intersection of Norterra and Happy Valley that include a Wal-Mart, Home Depot, fast food, restuarants, Best Buy, AMC, Paradise Bakery, gas stations, Tutor Time (day care), and some upscale shopping as well. Many employees of USAA reside in this area, making it classic middle to upper middle class and very family friendly. There is really no nightlife locations here, nor is there a grocery store very close by.
