North 900 West, Aspen

This cul-de-sac is quiet and friendly, full of families with young children and low turnover. My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and, despite not being members of the prevalent religion, have always felt welcome and cared for. We recently had our first child and we keep getting little gifts and love from the neighbors. It's in a great location for your everyday needs - close to grocery shopping, drug stores, gas stations and just off the freeway - but far enough off the main streets that kids and dogs can be seen playing outside throughout the day. In the time we've been there, I've only seen 2 houses for sale in the entire neighborhood of about 40 houses. People love to live here - it's affordable and has a strong community.
