North Cascade Ave
"A real feel for life in Colorado Springs"
N. Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs has a lot of small businesses and old shops. It is also home to the Money Museum, which is an interesting stop. You can see all kinds of rare money on exhibit, from unusual coins to misprinted paper money. And best of all, the museum is free to get in!

North Cascade Ave
"Lots of nice shops"
Cacade is one of my favorites streets to visit downtown. That is where many locally owned and operated shops and eateries are, including Poor Richards, a used book store, pizza shop, and coffee bar, wine bar, and specialty toy shop, a great local place to visit with kids. There is also a gaming store on Cascade, and ample parking. Watch out the park downtown gets very busy at lunch time monday through friday, as the high school students can leave campus for lunch.
