"Upcoming Chicago Neighborhood"
This is an upcoming neighborhood sited by the Chicago Reader. Kuma's Corner and Square Bar & Grill are just some of the local hot spot's. Hot Doug's and Urban Belly are also very popular in this neighborhood. The Belmont bus is near as well as the blue line. Many new condos have been built recently and there seems to be an influx of artist type young people moving into the neighborhood. All and all this appears to be a relatively safe neighborhood. Also seems to be a dog friendly neighborhood counting all the times I have seen the residents walking their dogs through the neighborhood. I would recommend this neighborhood to any new comers to Chicago.
