"a piece of suburbia just north of downtown"

This is definitely a quiet, residential area. It is literally a few blocks from I 294, so easy access to anywhere you want to go. It has a definite suburban feel, though, with old homes and large lawns. Lots of neighborhood restaurants, schools, and cafes are surrounding this part of town. Great for families to raise their kids.
