"A busy street that's very nice and quiet"
I live at the intersection of Josey and Hebron and I love the area. During traffic hours, the streets can get crowded but it doesn't take up much time. This northern part of Josey Lane has a lot of shopping centers, restaurants and banks but it's not very pedestrian friendly as not all parts of it has sidewalks to walk or ride bikes. To get around this street, you're basically forced to use a car.
The road conditions are good as it's somewhat new. The city dug up the very northern end of this street to replace some water lines so half of the street and practicality new. The street look very lively with green trees on both sides of the street and in the median.
