"Industrial area"
This part of Anaheim is heavily industrialized and there isn’t much of a neighborly vibe. The few times that I’ve traveled this far into Anaheim has been for job interviews or finding my local cable repair shop. As a potential residential home owner I really don’t see much appeal to this part of town. The only accessible frwy would be the 91 frwy and schools, parks, and other entertainment type centers are not close by. If you did manage to find a few residential streets they would be one without much character and I suppose that would be subject to what your standards were for a nice neighborhood. I like to see more homes than business and parking lots. If you’re a potential business owner, perhaps looking at the real estate in this area would be beneficial. There are plenty of suites and office space for you to set up a corporate headquarters if needed. I wouldn’t plan on opening a business that relied on heavy customer flow due to the lack of homes in the surrounding area. This part of the city is definitely better suited for call centers, repair centers, dispatch locations or similar types of operating businesses.
